Space Channel 5 Part 2 Sega Direct Set

The Dreamcast had so many exclusive packs. Unfortunately nearly all were confined to Japan with added exclusivity being added by the distribution being handled by the mail order only Sega Direct. And rumours the president of Sega, as made infamous by the orange DC box, was the only bloke there to answer the phone, have been as yet unproven. But some of these packs did sneak out somehow. Allow me to introduce the Sega Direct Space Channel Part 2 set. This is a luxury set coming with some headphones with incredible production values. No wonder the Dreamcast dream turned a bit sour with such deluxe goods to put Dr. Dre to shame.

Those unfamiliar with the game see Ulala once again bust's a groove whilst looking fab in her futuristic attire. A great addition over the prequel is the two player co-operative mode which sees control of Ulala split with one player taking the direction pad, the other the buttons and frequent off screen scraps as to who was at fault for the missed hip gyration. Look out for a guest appearance from Michael Jackson on one of the stages, but his moves suffer in comparison to our Ulala.

We lived the dream with no regrets. Thank you Sega and keep living the dream!
